Atrocious management. Impossible to get a hold of—even before covid. God awful. They take a WEEK to reply to emails. Their maintenance line? Forget it. (Their one guy works hard, I get it) Super thin walls. Smells of THC every three feet. Never again.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! AMC Management has recently taken over and as expected, their customer service is awful. The week they took over, we didn't have hot water for FIVE. DAYS. I reached out to find out what they would do to compensate us for this. They offered us a $50 giftcard - ridiculous!! Five days amounts to more than $200 of our rent, not to mention all the time we spent having to go elsewhere to shower, wash dishes, etc. I continued to complain and eventually got in touch with the regional manager who DENIED THAT WE DIDN... read more
