Even though everyone in office is nice, It’s worrisome when the Doctor does not know the meds you are on even after looking through chart. Plus to found out blood work results it’s $35.00 to speak with doctor.over phone or pay an office visit.

This dr cost me my 10 yrs of my life. I went to see her with a clear EM rash after a tick bite, and she discounted everything I said. Fast forward to four years of hell, 8 months at Georgetown and 2.5 at Mayo Rochester and 17 pills a day for years just to undo the work of her ego and banal intelligence. I kept going back begging her for to listen, but to no avail. There is a reason she has 1 star on healthgrades. She doesn't really speak Russian. She dismissed my complaints about my health saying "everyone experiences that". And, finally, she called my husband "your friend", causing me to cut our appointment short. Absolutely unprofessional. In addition to that, they couldn't even weight me as their weights wasn't working.

This was the worst experience ever. My appointment was at 9:30. At 10 I asked what time my appointment was just in case it was actually at 10:30. They said that it was at 9:30 and that I should be called back “soon.” I finally got back. Waited another 15 minutes. She takes a culture of my throat and walks out. I waited another 15 minutes and got a phone call from my daughter’s school that I needed to come pick her up. I walked around a corner and let a receptionist know that I was still waiting to be seen for the real reason... read more
