A lot of snakes work here and bully against new people .. managed it very petty about things and don't care. Company is very unorganized. They don't even know who does the interviewing

Can be better with their work environment, integrity and having an actual training plan in place for temp employees. Left after a month, couldn’t deal with the lack of direction, lack of leadership and lack of common sense. First two weeks in, my line was down due to lack of glue lol, wasn’t ordered on time I guess. Week 3 comes, I can finally get training, team lead quits cuz he didn’t like the new shift supervisor, they were old coworkers, here I am as a temp new employee, with no lead and no guide as to what I’m doing and... read more
