Unavoidable circumstances led to my being unable to fill a prescription ahead of time. I attempted to use Teledoc for this as they advertise 2hr turnaround which would have left me ample time to visit a pharmacy. They accepted payment then did nothing. No call back, no email, a link to a non-existant support page, and no prescription. Managed to get one with another online service (Updoc) in time. They 2 stars only because I at least didn't have to chase them for a refund, although their explanation of a "technical issue" is... read more
Is this a scam? I paid for the consult and no email reply or call, no service at all. I called customer service and they close at 5pm. Emailed and 6 days later still no reply. Thanks for taking my money.
Doctor is so nice and friendly
Fantastic service. Over the Christmas and New Year leading up to holidays, it is very hard to get into doctors or dentists. The doctor was very good. I will be using this service again. Thank you. Julie
