Called to get a copy of my credit report and I got a recording. Was never able to get a representative. Tried to get a copy of my report online and kept having problems! HOW DO THEY STAY IN BUSINESS?!

They didn't allow me to use my new debit credit card. Then they didn't allow me to use the bank account that they themselves verified with close to six times the amount needed. This is a ridiculous system and it messed up my week. I also spent several hours trying to get this to go through without any information on why I was being declined. I'm furious.

First off I am not now or was I ever a client. They are a third party with access to personal information that I did not give permission to use. What I do or not do for income is none of their business. They are a third-party business hired by a business I utilized. Just another electronic business with my information with possibilities of security breaches. Enough is enough. I will not be utilizing check usage with this merchant due to Telecheck. SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. NEVER CLEARS CHECKS. REPS BARELY SPEAK ENGLISH
