Nightmare. Do not deal with Telecharge. Just go to the box office. Awful customer service. Telephones nit active. Emails not returned. Good luck logging on and navigating your account. They basically stole $300 from me.
Absolutely outstanding customer service! I go to NYC with a group of friends every year for my birthday. I had the best experience with Telecharge when purchasing Broadway tickets in New York City. I originally bought tickets for a show and later realized I needed to change the date — even though the tickets were marked as non-refundable, their customer service team went above and beyond and helped me get a refund anyway. Every time I go to buy tickets it says my password is wrong and I have to get a new password and put all information in again. This time it says you have no payment account-you must delete your previous account-but I can't since there is no record! There is no live person who will help!!
Just bought tickets fees were insane!
