Really appreciated the customer service this last Friday - my sister and I were in a tough spot and Zakariya was able to help us. I appreciated being treated like a person and not a number. I’d give 5 stars but that website can be glitchy. But 10 stars for the customer service we got on Friday.

Worst experience in buying tickets so far! We bought “rush” tickets for Gypsy and got the shittiest seats for the same price TodayTix was selling them for at their regular price! “Rush” tickets my a**! We even had to deal with multiple “Try again later. All rush tickets have been sold out.” pop-up messages before the purchase pop-up finally appeared. I kept on getting the suspended account error too, and their CS team was either helpful or would leave you dry while waiting for resolution. You need to improve your web site ba... read more
