I purchased a ticket for Othello and received a confirmation email stating, “You got the tickets.” Naturally, I began planning logistics for my evening. Worst ticket agent website and customer service. Their website is glitchy and I have never had an easy experience, every venue should stop using them.
Horrible customer service, not helpful at all! Won’t purchase through them again!
EDIT: Thanks for your response and I tried everything you listed in the "solution" you replied with. The problem is with the site and not user input. Why don't you take a look at the sites that know what they are doing like Broadway Direct. If you tried to take feedback and improve your site maybe it would be better rather than spending time replying to comments as to why the customer might have been wrong. Wish I could leave below 0 star review. Website does not let you apply BWAY WK codes, does not function in general, and for a business processing at large volumes it is absolutely, unreasonably irrationally BAD. How can the theatre community even stand this BS.
