Please do not be dissuaded by some questionable reviews. This is a fantastic company and service, they helped my wife and I out greatly with an e gift card to see an incredible show on Broadway. We would book through them again
Great customer service!
So… I was given a paper from the box office with two contact numbers after being unable to use my rush tickets due to a hospitalization. I called both numbers and the customer service was incredibly rude… one told me I shouldn’t even be calling them (the number given to me on the instructions) but that he would do it out of courtesy… ironic word since he was being passive aggressive and I was only doing what the paper told me to do. Really appreciated the customer service this last Friday - my sister and I were in a tough spot and Zakariya was able to help us. I appreciated being treated like a person and not a number. I’d give 5 stars but that website can be glitchy. But 10 stars for the customer service we got on Friday.
