I'm in the process of trying to arrange an appointment with a specialist and the whole thing has been a headache of chasing them up, resending referrals, sending emails asking for invoice instead of card payment (don't want to pay extra for the bank fees) getting no response, asking for confirmation of appointment being booked, getting no response. It shouldn't be this difficult!!
I highly recommend Dr. Harris. Initially there was a misunderstanding, however, it was sorted within a week through thorough communication and understanding. I cannot fault his mentality, nor his compassion (although he was intimidating at first!) I had thought I had autism, instead it was adhd and I've never been more stable. Huuuge shoutout to the team, including reception, for friendliness!
