I was in the Shelton telecare for almost a month. I had never been yo a place like telecare do i didn't know what to expect. I was surprised at the kind caring staff. The place was clean the staff was amazing they were very kind and helpful. Very understanding. They fed us plenty. Meals and snacks. I felt like I was taken care of. Most definitely. I feel better than I have in 5 years. It was definitely a great thing to be there. Im happy I went. All the staff were amazing. If you need it dont hesitate. So happy I went.

My son had the misfortune to be sent to this facility in early 2022. It did absolutely nothing to help him at all. He was detained by a DCR a week later but the Sheriff declined to assist them in transporting him. He has roamed the streets of Seattle psychotic and a danger to himself or others for close to 3 years only to be hit by a car and probably not get any help because the state allows incompetent facilities to "treat"? I would give this facility 5 stars, if it wasn't for the fact that I quit almost a month and a half ago and still haven't gotten my last paycheck like I was supposed to.

I’ve never experienced a place that treat their patients so cruel. A place like Telecare needs to be shut down because of the way they treat their patients.I beg anyone please don’t send your family member there if you care about them.
