I had staff threatened to put me in a padded cell for standing up to verbal abuse towards me and other patients, as other negative reviews stated can't get ahold of your family they had a sign that said the phone is charging but it was always up so if the staff felt disrespected they would just point at the sign and smile regardless of the phone's functionality. I was in the Shelton telecare for almost a month. I had never been yo a place like telecare do i didn't know what to expect. I was surprised at the kind caring staff. The place was clean the staff was amazing they were very kind and helpful. Very understanding. They fed us plenty. Meals and snacks. I felt like I was taken care of. Most definitely. I feel better than I have in 5 years. It was definitely a great thing to be there. Im happy I went. All the staff were amazing. If you need it dont hesitate. So happy I went.
Great place to work if you can handle the q15 routine.
My son had the misfortune to be sent to this facility in early 2022. It did absolutely nothing to help him at all. He was detained by a DCR a week later but the Sheriff declined to assist them in transporting him. He has roamed the streets of Seattle psychotic and a danger to himself or others for close to 3 years only to be hit by a car and probably not get any help because the state allows incompetent facilities to "treat"? I would give this facility 5 stars, if it wasn't for the fact that I quit almost a month and a half ago and still haven't gotten my last paycheck like I was supposed to.
