DO NOT WORK HERE! But if you have to DO NOT TRUST LEADERSHIP especially the office manager, NICOLE. She has gotten people terminated for wild accusations she made up with no evidence. And if she can’t get you terminated, she will bully you into resigning (making you feel uncomfortable, giving you another persons work, etc.) She will act super nice to you at first, but the moment you disagree with her, she’ll make your job way harder. Horrible Crisis Residentials.
I’ve been a patient in telecare (client) for about 3 years and I still don’t get what this whole system is all about. I’ve been through many mental institutions and mental health providers however I’m not even sure who to reach there for actual help. There’s no aid there whatsoever. If it weren’t for my self resilience and self determination I would probably be in worsen circumstances. I’m still a patient there and I’m absolutely lost.
