Made an appointment, never got a call or meeting with the chosen vet. They took my money and I never heard from them. Tried to use the "contact us" and the page was not found. Feel as though this was a scam.

As a first-time pet owner, I was a bit anxious about how to address my puppy’s sudden illness. TeleVet made it incredibly easy to connect with a vet. The sign-up process was quick, and I appreciated being able to upload my puppy’s health records beforehand. The vet was attentive and even answered all my questions about care and nutrition. I felt reassured and informed after the consultation. This service is a game changer!

Amazing! TeleVet is a lifesaver! The vets are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and the platform is easy to use. I highly recommend it to any pet owner!

I’ve used TeleVet for a couple of consultations for my older cat who has some chronic issues. I really value the convenience of being able to consult with a vet without the stress of a car ride for my cat. The only downside I found was that the appointment slots can fill up quickly, so I sometimes had to wait longer than I’d like. Nonetheless, the quality of care was excellent, and the vet provided me with a comprehensive treatment plan.
