No parking, so 4mins late then you have to queue so although did not look busy they would not see me. OK for you to have a long wait, but they cancel in minutes.
Absolutely shocking service
Always good service
I know it isn't always easy to get through on the phone or fill in the form but I have always found the doctors, nurses and admin staff very caring and helpful. I am truly grateful.
Awful service , refused to be seen by an advanced practitioner (Deb) after being a few minutes late despite the receptionist confirming she had nothing for the next 20 minutes, total lack of empathy and Teldoc is a disappointing service to say the least They need to work on the patient experience and have clearly got to big to cope with their patient base!
