Absolutely disappointed so went in to ask a question for my partner and then they said they can't tell me anything because I don't have consent as a consent form needs to be filled out (done several times by the way) so anyway they banned me from the gp so my partner rang up and they said they can't see him on the system as being my carer.
After submitting (NHS Pod) a prescription request, was informed it would take 4 days. On collection, found it was declined because of a need for a review. No telephone call or email was received from the Practice informing me of this: result, now without essential medication! The Patient service is utterly appalling, including the Teldoc telephone system. My husband and myself will be GP relocating; not something we relish as an 81 year olds.
Rubbish is the worst GP I have been to. My son got infection in his ear the doctor prescribed him antibiotics and he didn’t send it to the pharmacy and my son is having temperature now and in pain and I am still waiting unbelievable
can never get an appointment or get threw to them on the phone and even when you get an appointment you have to wait 2 weeks at least and when you go to your appointment the doctors have no clue what there doing .. one minute they say I have cirrhosis of the liver then next I don't but now they have changed there mind and think I have . I've been going out my mind with worry and they don't seem to care one bit. I understand the NHS is under a lot of stress but this was too far for my liking.
The system is broken and overwhelmed. If you manage to get to see someone, they will help you. But the biggest problem you will have is to get a appointment.
