Left form on 27/7 to be signed by GP for council tax discount. After contacting them on several occasions and phone calls waiting for over a hour each time - form wasn’t signed. Nobody was able to give any form of update apart saying went to doctor to be signed. After a month waiting nothing has been done. I have received council tax bill without discounted rate as I couldn’t provide relevant document. Thanks a lot Teldoc, lack of sympathy, update and human understanding etc.
I had a appointment at mallinslee but had early call to say they had rang in sick offerd another appointment within 20 mins baring in mind I don't drive was still in bed feeling unwell so hato turn down told to do another co polet but was closed to to capacity ,I've had Texas to say I need to see them for diabetes check no appointments,and as for the new amima well for last two days I've had multiple texes telling me repeatedly that you are closed for bank holiday six today and several yesterday one being at 11 last night re... read more
Waited 20mins in a phone queue at 8am which is expected, told me someone would called me back. They did within 10mins and sorted me a prescription.
