Take too long to answer the phone. Near impossible to get appointment to see GP.
The worst gp I have ever been to , I have been going to the doctor for a couple years regularly with worrying symptoms and they didn’t even check anything they gave me anxiety meds, I had to go to a private clinic to find out I have ms , all they had to do was send me to an mri scan and they didn’t even think of that, absolute lack of care, empathy. Total neglect of a patient, shameful, might as well just close it, it wouldn’t make any difference they are completely useless anyways.
