Eh. Its ran old fashioned. So unless you have a trade background in machining you're not really gonna make much unless you have experience. I knew 2 machinist there who had some years of experience and still werent making at least 25 with all the set ups and so on. The raises upon being hired in seems to be based around "what you know". Jason was a really nice guy to work with. The owner seemed really nice. Horrible place to work, zero communication, outdated machinery, absolutely no organization. Training is non existent, you will be thrown to the wolves.
