I never have issues with this bank and I don’t know if the girl was new but I called to transfer money from my checking account to my husbands checking account (same bank) and the lady said she couldn’t do that since he wasn’t on my checking account?! But I called the telecom in republic and they were super friendly and didn’t know why she even said that since I transfer money once a week to our savings.
If u use telcomm go to the sunshine location, not this one.
