I would NEVER use this credit union. They do not care about their clients at all. I had a truck loan and my truck was totaled. I had both insurance and GAP insurance. My insurance agent tried repeatedly to get a payoff amount from Wanda. She repeatedly for three weeks refused to give one. Finally she said she would only talk to the insurance agent if I was on a conference call with them.
