No wonder you only have a 2.6 review. No one answers a call, no one will return a call. How can you run a business without communication? Terrible customer service. I will let the utility company who hired you know how you operate. If your work is the same as your customer service, I am not looking forward to the mess you will leave.
I normally wouldn’t leave a review like this but felt compelled to after what I just saw. Please educate your employees on safe driving before they take someone’s life!
The crew working on sherburne county road 65 construction was great! We lost our land line connection during the line relocation. The crew went above and beyond to insure our service was restored. Thanks so much!)
This wasn't the first time they parked in front of our driveway. There isn't a truck or employee in sight and no one answers when you call the main office.
