TCC telecom construction did a horrible job In both Customer Service and resolving the destruction of my yard when they had to dig up a hole to repair an AT&T line. I contacted them with my concerns and they did not get back to me for over two months- nothing. Finally, the company sent someone (Travis) to look at the damage and he did not care about repairing and fixing the damage that his company’s crew did to my yard and my personal belongings. No wonder you only have a 2.6 review. No one answers a call, no one will return a call. How can you run a business without communication? Terrible customer service. I will let the utility company who hired you know how you operate. If your work is the same as your customer service, I am not looking forward to the mess you will leave.
I normally wouldn’t leave a review like this but felt compelled to after what I just saw. Please educate your employees on safe driving before they take someone’s life!
