WORST BANK EVER! As a young professional that makes 6+ figures, I have a horrible time accessing my money and then the reps at the Tyler location need new training. I got a credit card and they barely knew any information surrounding the card they gave me. I have been getting new information on policy, available credit, cash advance, every time I go in. My debit card won’t work and apparently they can’t find my account! I have too much money in my account and cannot access it. Do not expect respect or transparency with them ... read more
