This bank have been accused of taking people money out of there account. I have had it to happened to me and the manager didn't even look into it to see why my money iPad coming up missing but they refunded me an insufficient funds fee. I also received a letter in the mail asking have my money came up missing before and like an idiot I overlook the letter because I didn't have any proof that this was happening to me. Telco Plus Credit Union encourages all people to keep a check registry, view your accounts daily, and understand the difference between pending and available balance.
