They still do housecalls! Telco Electronics has been around for over 20 years. They have a convenient shop for you to drop off your electronics for repair or they make appointments and do housecalls. Although their fees have increased slightly due to the increase in gasoline costs, its still worth it if your 52 inch big screen is on the fritz.

re: Sally I work at Telco, and am concerned about your lamp purchase. We try to give the best customer service possible, and would like to address your issue. I do not understand why anyone would tell you that we would not take it back. If you could please call and ask for the manager here, I would be more than happy to address your complaint or answer any questions you may have.... read more

(This is due to the crummy Toshiba TV that we own.) Again, they had the lamp in stock. However, when we got home and installed the lamp, it turned out that the newly purchased lam... read more

Customer Service Nightmare Incompetence throughout - from the techs who repair by trial and error, to management who lie and make excuses for undue delays. My Samsung big screen television had problems, but I bought the extended warranty. Circuit City contracted with this company. After their initial 2 minute "diagnostic", they determined the problem to be a bad DMD board. Then they sat on the "warranty request" for a week, until I called. They had "authorization" the next day. When they came to install the part, it failed. ... read more
