Telco has NO business doing appraisals on any high-end homes for any insurance companies....EVER! Telco has not built a high-end home in over 25 years! The nycm insurance adjuster used to work for Telco! MAJOR CONFLICT! Wonder how much nycm paid the adjusters former employer? Because of Telcos unqualified, conflict ridden low ball appraisal we were forced to demand a real and valid and appraisal from a HIGH END HOME builder not a commercial builder.
