Charlene, the nail technician now at Telaynee is fantastic. I think her business name is Nails By Charlene. She is highly skilled and experienced. I had a custom BIAB coating done on my natural nails that are naturally thin, flexible and fragile. The whole process was comfortable, painless, scrupulously clean and very well done.
