Horrible since Fastwyre bought them! Have been trying to get ahold of them for over a week! Countless hours on hold, never get call banks, all contact forms (including billing questions and customer service issues) go to an outside tech support company that can not help! BEYOND FRUSTRATED WITH FASTWYRE/TELALASKA!!!!!
Extremely expensive, very slow connections, you do not get the speeds they advertise, not even close.
Good parking
Service has improved over the years. They take good care of our office in Seward.
