I describe all my symptoms, and the nurse practitioner tells me “OK give it some more time.” Then proceeds to tell me that they’re not supposed to prescribe antibiotics for upper respiratory infection infections and that she would get in trouble. Then why does Teledoc exist?

WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS!! Apparently they have lots of monies to throw away at consumers expense. They refuse to remove me from their marketing lists even after writing letter upon letter. Not interested in a company that cannot respect others rights.

I had a great experience with Teladoc. As a first time user, and just getting setup with new state Medicaid, I didn't have a primary care physician. Within 20 minutes of my initial setup, I was called and my asthma prescriptions were called into my nearest pharmacy. Very smooth stress-free experience.

I do not recommend Teladoc. I used this service for the past four years as I am a teacher and I often come down with illnesses. However, today I made an appointment to be seen for a possible strep throat diagnosis. The doctor told me I needed to upload a photo, which would mean I needed to end our call. The doctor assured me that I would be able to call customer support and get right back on the phone with him. That was 3 hours ago.
