Rude tow driver. Doesn’t follow policy. Towed my vehicle without requesting AAA membership or liscense ID. I will make sure AAA is made aware and also never sends them to pick me up for a tow again! As soon as he arrives no greeting - circled my vehicle taking a video. Highly ridiculous when someone is in a roadside emergency you should greet them first and have some manners. When the dealership wanted to charge a ridiculous price to fix some rusted brake lines, I towed my car here instead. Tel-Wick took care of it for a very fair and reasonable price. A+ service, I’m very thankful.
