Small but clean rooms. Excellent price. I love the street sign. Very small bathroom and I couldn't figure out how to get bath to switch to shower mode. Small kitchen area included coffee maker and a toaster. Bed was firm but comfy and clean. Interior door security latch was broken. There was no place to leave key for early checkout. Some people had left keys in ashtray besides front office door. Yuck.
Good value for the money
I stay in many hotels and motels for work I was very impressed on the cleanliness the comfortable bed and general atmosphere of the motel I have paid a lot more for a lot less I definitely recommend it
This place has to be the most underrated motel In town, I’ve been back-and-forth in Brooks working for the last year And i’ll always choose this place, I’ve have had five or six different rooms Over the time. All really good. And this morning, I had the property owner sit on hold with booking.com for me to get me money back because l had to leave a couple days early. She was very helpful once again. They go above and beyond
