On a chilly Friday morning in January, we woke up to find out that our AC was making an unusual noise and was not producing any cool air. I reached out to several service providers boasting 24/7 availability, but none could make it till Monday. Given that I have two little kids, this was not an option. That's when I contacted TEL AC Repair in San Antonio. Despite it being the weekend, their team member, Wesley, was able to come out and fix the issue promptly.

Jeffery arrived out for our annual furnace inspection and he was awesome! Super professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He took one of the units out and walked us through what he found and he prepared a report with all findings, including those we couldn’t see. I can’t endorse Jeffery enough! Great job!

They showed up on time and Bruce was respectful and informative. He answered most of my questions and is helping me get to the bottom of some long-standing issues with my 20 year old HVAC units. What I appreciated the most , was HARD SELL
