If we could give you a lower score we would, and here is a list as to why. -Sent our fully functional Hi-pot tester in for calibration on 03/09/2023. -Called 04/11/2023, to check on status of the unit and was told they did not receive unit even though it was signed for on 03/27/2023 per tracking number provided by UPS. We were also told we'd be contacted via email after the conversation and never received said email -On 05/01/2023, we called again, and the customer service representative created an email, with us being CC'd ... read more
