My company sent a unit in for calibration in November 2025 and we can't get in touch with anyone. Not by email or phone. Never send anything to them if you want to see it again.
I would like to give a zero star review. Our company sent items for calibration in fall of 2025 and it has been impossible to get any feedback on the status of our equipment. I am assuming the items are lost. The customer service from Tektronix is very poor and I get handed off to different departments, none of which have been helpful. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
We sent our equipment to this company for calibration over three months ago and have received no updates. Multiple phone calls and emails have gone unanswered. We also emailed to cancel the order and requested the equipment be returned, but received no response. Very disappointing and unacceptable customer service.
Absolutely unacceptable level of customer service. They have had my equipment for months and will not send it back or respond. Their accreditations should be pulled.
