This place is the best! I've always been skeptical of CrossFit being a physical therapist and all the injuries I see from it, but this place is amazing! From beginner levels to expert these guys really take the time to focus on form and safety highly recommend if you are wanting to try CrossFit or looking for a new gym these guys are the best!
What can I say? All the trainers are fantastic! The programming is spot on for all ages and levels. The members are so friendly and welcoming. You're working out with friends every day. Tekton is simply the best.
EDIT (year later): I'm 7 months pregnant and want to share that this gym is pregnancy-friendly for moms who want to stay active! Head coach Mckensey is highly knowledgeable and has modifications built in the workout for mamas. Over the past two years, I want to say about 12 women have continued working out here during their pregnancies. Anyways, great gym, great coach, great people.
