I initially gave this company a very good rating. But, I need to revisit my previous positive review of this company. The system was purchase in April 2023. In the ensuing 19 months there have been numerous problems with the system. First the Avycon 8 channel all-in-one DVR had to be replaced, then I had problems with two of the cameras failing to work properly, then the power supply failed and had to be replaced. They did an outstanding job of installing a new camera system at our house. They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect.
Came out on a phone call and fixed a 1000 dollar camera that i was told had to be replaced, will be calling these guys for every issue I have now. Best service ever.
