Horrible Horrible HORRIBLE! Did I mention this company is horrible? Samsung appointed this company to fix the ice maker on my fridge. First appointment didn’t show up with all the parts and came 3 hours before appointment window started. Second time they came with no 30 min phone call before, was in the shower, called them 5 min after they left and they wouldn’t come back. My dishwasher broke down in September 2023. I contacted Samsung who after some back and fourth decided to send in a technician to try and fix the issue. I was told that a technician from Tekniton will be contacting me about the issue., The call (1): The lady on the end was super rude to me, I forgot her name. At the time I was in the East Coast and could not make it back home in time for them to fix the issue. No call, no show. Unanswered calls, voicemail full. Two weeks of wait for nothing.
Very rude customer service
Worst company i have worked with. The reps are rude for have no customer service skills. They cancel at the last second every time and say they called you when they don’t. Missed 2 days off from work. Why don’t they confirm they have the part before making the appointment?
