I was referred to Teklab by the county to check my well water quality. The process was smooth and well organized. Then only thing I overlooked was shipping my samples needed to be cooled. However this did not affect the types of tests I was having performed.
Wide range of services with fast, quality results. Very easy to work with to support the communities testing needs.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff, very timely and thorough results received with clear explanations
Recently used Teklab for some minor soil testing. They missed their first delivery date for the results, and then their second. That caused a headache on my end. Patrick Riley was less than forthcoming with an adjusted bill. Took threatening to dispute this with my CC company. Then he did write off the entire bill. And asked me not to use their company again. Somehow, I guess it's on me for their performance.
