Called them twice to open up an account for collecting money for my office. I believe the lady’s name was Deborah who I spoke on the phone. I was told twice that someone will call me and they never did. Called them for the third time and it sounded like everyone has the same attitude. I will take my business somewhere else. I think they deserve all the bad reviews they received
I paid this company $1200 to do collections for my company and sent five accounts in for collections over a year ago and have not received a dime from them or heard from them
I paid them off in February 2023, which they didn’t tell me until August 2023 and I over paid them $1100 but can’t get an answer from anyone
