Disappointing end to an otherwise good experience Jamie did an excellent job on the installation of my cabinets, but if there are any difficulties with your job you can expect a bumpy experience and customer service that is completely atrocious. Due to back orders from Ikea, not all of the parts were available to complete my job when Jamie came to do my cabinet install.
