Kim has been our go to guy for all sorts of AirCon and heating works! He is knowledgeable, fast and very courteous. He understands the urgency and often able to get the system back up on his first visit.
Fixed a problem that another major HVAC company said would require replacement of the system. TEK7 got to my place quickly, fixed the problem, and did not try to upsell me. Outstanding service!!
Our heat went out the week before Christmas. Two Larger Heating Companies quoted me $$$$ for repairs and said they couldn't promise me the parts before Christmas. I called Kim. He came diagnosed and fixed the problem all in less than 2 hours. He's cost was only 30% of the other guys! Shop Local. Not to mention Kim was courteous and gave me a few others tips about my system.
It is so nice to have someone you trust to call for an aging furnace. Kim is responsive and reasonable.
Kim is a very knowledgeable professional. He clearly explains everything you should know about installing a new HVAC system. His prices are reasonable and, as a bonus, he is a nice guy too!
