Not only did Kim arrive earlier than the scheduled window (a rare and welcome surprise), but he was also courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely pleasant to work with. After three unbearably hot days without AC in the middle of a Washington summer, Kim quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, restoring comfort and sanity to our home. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill, professionalism, and kindness so effortlessly. Highly recommend!
