Mr. Cox here is friendly, knowledgeable, and fixes your car right the first time. Not only that, but he explains what he is doing in a clear and concise manner. I highly recommend
Tek World Auto is a fantastic shop. I had to get my front bumper replaced. He took care of it quickly and efficiently. He provided a detailed report/invoice. I will be coming back!
This was my first time being serviced by Tek World Auto repairs and it will not be my last. The initial contact was an automated voicemail and the owner/technician followed up the next day. I was offered same day service however my schedule was not available. Made an appointment and waited while repairs were made. Great service owner cordial and gave recommendations for future maintenance repairs. Keep up the great service :)
This was my first visit, and the shop came highly recommended. The customer service was excellent, the waiting area was clean and air-conditioned, and there was no wait time. My 9 am wheel alignment appointment was completed by 9:30 a.m. Definitely going back.
I've had the pleasure of working with Jeremy for several repairs now. For my last visit he listened to my concerns, ordered anticipated parts and was able to make my repairs under warranty. I can't recommend enough!
