I had a cylinder misfiring issue with my car. I went to Tek One to find out exactly what was causing this. They were really patient in explaining every detail of what was going on to me and did not try to sell me anything unnecessary. definitely would come back here and recommend to others!!
Had a great experience at this shop, the communication was clear, pricing was very fair, and the work was done in a timely manner. You can tell they care about doing things the right way not just getting you in and out. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy service.
Absolutely brilliant service. Booked a pre-purchase inspection and they were incredibly thorough and transparent. They explained everything clearly and spotted things I never would have noticed. The inspection was very detailed, the report was clear, and they took the time to talk me through their findings honestly. Exactly what you want when buying a used car.
Great experience came in needing diagnostic work done and was able to leave driving shortly afterwards. Very professional
