I am writing to praise Jasmine at tell media group. Our son bought us a bang and Kingdom stereo and turntable. We are elderly and live in Illinois. The turntable was not working. I shipped to tek-media. They fixed it and set it back, but I still could not get the turntable to work. Jasmine sent a local repair guy out and I was not charged for his visit. She is wonderful

I called prior to sending in my Canon 500 mm f/4 lens to see if they could correct an issue. They claim 1 to 2 weeks repair time. They've had my lens going on 6 weeks now and every time I inquire, they respond by saying next week, next week. I will never deal with this company again!
RecommendedTEK Media Group repaired my Yamaha KX-670 cassette deck that I've had since 1994 and got it working perfectly again. I own a lot of vintage audio equipment and it is nice to know that I have a place I can trust to bring anything that might need servicing,
I have a Tamron lens (70-200mm f/2.8) that needed repair to the zoom ring. No one would touch it, including Tamron. TEK not only repaired it at a fair price, they did so in a week, including shipping time. I'll definitely use them again for any future repairs.
TEK Media Group is one of the most unprofessional, incompetent and, worst of all, unethical companies I had to deal with recently. They committed themselves to fix my FUJINON HA16X6.3BERM-M48 HD lens, which had taken a fall and consequently had a jammed focus ring. When they sent it back to me it was in non-working condition, and that happened not once but twice, as if I was not going to notice.
