Scam. Very unprofessional. $490 diagnosis fee and then they quote some crazy price. $1,900 to put freon in a slushy machine. 5 hours labor? Aggressive and no knowledge. Strange thing is that ELMECO, the manufacturer of my slushy machine has them on their recommended list of authorized repair shops. There should be an option for ZERO STARS. Waste of time and money.

Horrible service!!! no one knows anything you call and they literally stutter and then go on a power trip and deny service because a customer is asking a question they clearly don’t know the answer to.. we ordered a part 6 weeks ago the tech said it would be overnighted clearly he has no clue either HEATHER is beyond clueless AND has no clue what she is speaking about tells you she will call you back and never does no one should use this company so unprofessional in every way Liz Cruz as well I will go all the way to the top... read more

Horrible experience. They have been trying to fix our fryer for months now and no lock. In the last visit, I described the main issue to the technician “an extremely loud noise occurring after the machine runs for 30–45 minutes”. he asked me to cook something in the fryer. I asked, "What should I cook?" he responded passive aggressively, "Food." I explained that I’ve never personally operated a fryer before and didn’t feel comfortable doing so.
