Over 1 month into the process to repair our steam tables, and we have been charged over $4K to date between parts and 'labor' and have received absolutely nothing to date. Parts are apparently on 'back order.' Extremely detrimental to our business. We'll see how it all turns out but a terrible experience with this company so far.
