They installed hot water on demand after our hot water tank went. They were able to come in so quickly and install the Hot Water on Demand. The installer was so professional and efficient. Chris the owner is always so responsive, professional, and reliable. We always recommend TEK.

We felt confident that the job was in good hands It was a also a relief to find that Chris was hands on, as the job was complex. We really appreciated how smooth everything went, dealing with someone who is trustworthy, skilled and easy to work with.
My heat pump died and Chris came and after a careful evaluation told me of my options. He went with my choice of replacing the heat pump and gave me a fair quote which was competitive with those from other companies. The work was professionally done by Guy and Chris and I was kept abreast of the work as it was going on. They cleaned everything after they have finished and the new heat pump is working perfectly. By far the worst company we’ve ever dealt with. We paid over $15,000 for an air conditioning system they installed incorrectly, then had to hire another company to fix their mistakes. The work was sloppy, they cancelled appointments at the last minute, and they never took responsibility. In my opinion, they should not be in business.
