I had my heat pump replaced by Guy. He was great, came and fixed it professionally with attention to detail.
Brent came by to check on our AC after a long shift, and you’d never know how tired he must’ve been—he was incredibly personable, professional, and thorough. He didn’t rush through anything, even though it was late. He took the time to check everything multiple times and explain what he was doing along the way. You could tell he genuinely cared about getting it right, not just getting it done. Truly appreciated his diligence and calm, friendly attitude. Excellent service!
