Thank you Chris and Guy for the great service. Your professionalism and expertise were clear throughout the entire process in the replacement of our heat pump. We felt confident that the job was in good hands It was a also a relief to find that Chris was hands on, as the job was complex. We really appreciated how smooth everything went, dealing with someone who is trustworthy, skilled and easy to work with.
My heat pump died and Chris came and after a careful evaluation told me of my options. He went with my choice of replacing the heat pump and gave me a fair quote which was competitive with those from other companies. The work was professionally done by Guy and Chris and I was kept abreast of the work as it was going on. They cleaned everything after they have finished and the new heat pump is working perfectly.
