I recently had my air conditioner serviced by Tek Climate, and I had a fantastic experience. The Technician was both knowledgeable and friendly, answering all my questions with great detail. What impressed me most was how thorough he was - he even took pictures of the attic to show me exactly what work he had done. We've used TEK Heating and Air Condtioning to install our air conditioning and to service our furnance for the past three years. They've provided excellent service with all their personnel we've dealt with. We highly recommend this business.
Very, very unreliable company. Last year I had to make an appointment to have them come and do a yearly check of the AC unit they installed. I rearranged my day in order to deal with the appointment. Guess what, they had to re schedule. Very inconvenient. SO, this year I made an appointment for them to come and do a yearly check of the AC unit and our gas fireplace, for this year. A few days ago, TEK installed a heat pump at my home, and I’m very satisfied with the result. The installation was done with great attention to detail and a clean finish. Both the technicians and the owners were highly experienced and skilled. They provide excellent service and respond quickly to fix any issues.
