Started out great, salesman gets five stars, office staff five stars to start with, then lack of communication, installers four stars(should have given more input as to where to install mini split heat pumps) one year service four stars(late arrival, and took until late in the evening) All good. Then we had a problem , P2 error. Technician came out checked a few things, voltage at each mini split and outdoor unit. Checked coolant level. Said outdoor unit is bad , we will be in touch. I can’t think of a time I’ve been more disappointed with a contractor. If you asked me 2-years ago, I would confidently tell you that Tek was fantastic. I’m not sure what happened to them, but now I can’t recommend them at all. Getting your equipment serviced or repaired is near impossible. Appointments get delayed or cancelled, and when they do arrive, their technician fails to bring the needed tools and equipment to complete the job.
