We had a tricky aircon install in an old apartment with a hard-to-reach balcony condenser. Tek, with his years of experience, did an amazing, neat job, putting piping out the window and recommending a great economic unit and relocating a new condenser with a bracket to give us more room. Tek came out and checked our AC units - was very personable and knowledgeable. Identified and fixed out problem (clogged valve and busted pump) with no fuss and explained it all in simple language. I recently had an aircon technician company attend to diagnose and repair my aircon unit. They heft me with an exorbitant quote basically recommending I needed to replace my whole unit which is only 7 years old.
