I had a great experience with Tek-1 Cycles! They worked on my bike, including the spark plugs, tire change, chain tightening, cam sensors, and wire harness. Everything was handled quickly and professionally. The owner Mark was especially respectful and patient. When I called and followed up on the status of my bike, he never seemed annoyed or bothered—which was really appreciated. The turnaround time was also great. Excellent service, great communication, and quality work. 10/10 would recommend Tek-1 Cycles!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Where do I start? Mark is awesome. He’s extremely knowledgeable, tells you straight, does quality work, and charges reasonable prices. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone they can trust with their bike. Mark worked on my blue 2001 Suzuki Bandit 600 a few years ago. In the spring of 2024, that same bike was involved in a crash that nearly took my life. My fork seal blew out very far from home so I had to drop it off somewhere to get it fixed. Not only does Mark have very good reviews, but even the local Harley dealership told me to get my Buell serviced with him. He worked with me throughout sourcing all these odd and old parts and was always honest with me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP. Mark is honest, cordial and very friendly. If I’m ever out in Connecticut and I have to get my bike serviced, I will be going strait back here.
Mark is the man. He’s helped me out before and has always been reliable, honest, and easy to work with. Today he went out of his way to help me unload a motorcycle safely from my truck, and his cousin helped too. They didn’t have to do that, but they took time out of their schedule to help me ensure everything was done right. I really appreciate the help and I’d recommend Mark and his team to anybody looking for someone dependable and cares about their customers.
