I attend the prenatal yoga class and I love it! The practice changes along with my pregnancy that helps my body to adjust to my new condition. I like that the instructor focuses not only on the body but also on the breathing and meditation. After every session I feel refreshed, calm and energized.
My favorite yoga place in town. Julia is an amazing yoga teacher. I like the individual approach to every student and a small class size. The studio itself is beautiful and spacious.
