I have delt with this place for years and must be a glutton for punishment. Some staff are rude and unprofessional, I even heard the male dentist yelling at a crying child. He also extracted my tooth and when I told him I wasn't numb, and my hand automatically went up on instinct he smacked my hand and still pulled the tooth, breaking a crown directly on top. My partner called this dentist to schedule an appointment last Tuesday, as he was told he could get in fairly quickly for a possible root canal on a very painful decaying tooth. He was advised by Joanna that he could have an appointment on Monday or Tuesday, but he needs to email the xrays first to see if this is something the doctor can do. He emailed the xrays three different times, as he was given the incorrect email address by the Joanna.
