Rude! I have a closing this week and I called to ask 3 simple questions. First, the receptionist was rude telling me they had many closings and I needed to tell her the address. She could have kindly asked, “can you please give me the property address?” And to the receptionist, I hope you have a lot of closings- that is the business you are in!
