In & out. Staff was caring & very understanding. I saw Brittany NP, she was amazing. Concise, straight to the point and very intelligent.
They were all very quick, calming, and reassuring when helping my daughter. Would definitely go there again and highly recommend!
Yesterday was the first time I went to Tejas Urgent Care. I had been vomiting for three days so was too sick to even hold my head up. All of the employees there were Absolutely Amazing and so compassionate from the lady at the front desk, to the student nurse, the doctor, and the IV technician. Dr. Simmons, I believe that’s what his name was, really listened to me; I just really liked him! The IV Technician was top-notch. Was there over 2 hours with maybe 3-4 people ahead of me. Ended up having to leave and go somewhere else. Mainly because I noticed the lady that was called back when I initially arrived was barely coming out 2 hours later. Telling me my visit could take 2-4 hours minimum. New building with bigger waiting room makes sense if you’ll be waiting all day. Smaller building makes more sense if you can’t accommodate the work load.
