I'm not a picky customer; seriously. I expect human beings to make mistakes so I never think I'll get perfect service. I've given Tejas several opportunities to prove me wrong... 1. Took my car in for a recall and picked up my vehicle without the repair being completed. I called back to ask what was going on because the car was still shaking over 40mph and was then informed that a part needed to be ordered.
