This is the best place to rent equipment; I've been using them for years. The staff is knowledgeable and always takes care of their customers.
They sent the wrong lift and initially promised to correct the mistake in a timely manner and call to confirm whether I still needed it. Instead, they removed the equipment without confirming and charged me twice for delivery fees due to their own error. Very disappointing experience.
This company damaged my septic tank and refused to do anything to make it right. Deliver driver drove over the septic tank and broke the lid. He was given specific instructions twice where to put it and chose not to. Sad I was a long time customer, but that's done with. They stated they were not responsible for damages incurred during the delivery process. Customers beware and make sure you are there when equipment is delivered.
