Dr. Patel is an amazing physician who truly goes above and beyond. She managed my mother-in-law's long term care with dignity and compassion, helping our family navigate a very difficult time. She also provides specialized, attentive care for my adult daughter who has complex medical and developmental needs. She is proactive, incredibly patient, and an invaluable advocate and resource. We feel so fortunate to have her in our corner
I’ve been her patient for over 10 years. At first I really liked her she did everything I asked for,she did so until I left but the problem at the end was I felt like she didn’t care anymore. I came to her every visit complaining of pain then she had the decency to tell me that I NEVER asked her for pain meds and accused me without even asking me,she said I was giving her secretaries hard time,really? Dr . Patel is very knowledgeable, caring, approachable . She is the best doctor in Saugus / whole country. She will make sure you don’t forget to come in for any appointments by reaching out thru the admins. She listens to me, explains the whole process. My whole family loves Dr.Patel, she is so compassionate and culturally competent. Very caring ....10/10

Save your life and stay away from her. My blood pressure was extremely high and she wanted to wait until next year physical to see what it was. I had to tell her I wanted to be on bp medication. In my doctor notes there were other issues regarding my health that should have been addressed but she never verbally explained. RUN FAST. I only gave 1 star because that’ was my option
