I’ve been her patient for over 10 years. At first I really liked her she did everything I asked for,she did so until I left but the problem at the end was I felt like she didn’t care anymore. I came to her every visit complaining of pain then she had the decency to tell me that I NEVER asked her for pain meds and accused me without even asking me,she said I was giving her secretaries hard time,really? Dr . Patel is very knowledgeable, caring, approachable . She is the best doctor in Saugus / whole country. She will make sure you don’t forget to come in for any appointments by reaching out thru the admins. She listens to me, explains the whole process. My whole family loves Dr.Patel, she is so compassionate and culturally competent. Very caring ....10/10

Save your life and stay away from her. My blood pressure was extremely high and she wanted to wait until next year physical to see what it was. I had to tell her I wanted to be on bp medication. In my doctor notes there were other issues regarding my health that should have been addressed but she never verbally explained. RUN FAST. I only gave 1 star because that’ was my option
Dr. Patel is the epitome of a compassionate doctor. She listens to her patients and uses what she hears to build a knowledge of the complete person, their overall health. When Dr. Patel recommends a treatment, procedure or specialist she does so for the individual. She is your doctor and she responds to every question or concern with professionalism and care.
